After a day of shopping in Leeds yesterday and being in the queue for primark with 6 girls younger than me with their babies in prams, cakes of blusher, buying 7 tacky gold necklaces each, I thought to myself what was it about those necklaces that took their fancy? What makes people buy such strange unattractive things to wear. The girl in the lecture across from me with a green lace jumper or the boy with the tight shiny purple waistcoat at the front. Obviously it mainly comes down to money and different tastes but that doesnt mean you have to buy the ugliest things around. I have recently gone through my wardrobe and taken out all the clothes I barely ever wear, I am a victim of compulsive buying leading to many fashion dilemmas, the excuse I give to these people sat around me. I have decided to now customise them so they are wearable in public or to sell them on eBay or asos marketplace. Something you should all try as well, you can get your money back for clothes you never wear and buy more things you would rather have:)
Diversity, one persons bad taste is the next persons much loved item. Love it!
